Pati: Wonder Worlds ("oyun"), Eren Güçyener tarafından geliştirilen, çocuklar dahil her yaştan oyuncuya yönelik bir platform oyunudur. Bu politika, oyunun hangi bilgileri kullandığını açıklar. Kısaca: oyun hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, hiçbir veriyi bize ya da üçüncü taraflara göndermez.
Hiçbiri. Oyun ad, e-posta, konum, fotoğraf, kişi listesi, cihaz kimliği veya başka bir kişisel bilgi istemez ve toplamaz. Hesap açmayı gerektirmez. Oyun çevrimdışı oynanır; internet bağlantısı yalnızca uygulama içi satın alma için, Google Play veya App Store ile konuşmak üzere kullanılır.
Oyun ilerlemesi (açılan bölümler, yıldızlar, toplanan balıklar, seçilen kedi ve kostümler) ile ayarlar (ses, dil) yalnızca cihazınızda, oyunun kendi depolama alanında saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez (cihazınızın kendi yedeğine, örneğin iCloud veya Google yedeğine dahil olabilir). Oyunu sildiğinizde hepsi silinir.
Oyunda reklam yoktur. Oyun, analitik, takip veya reklam amaçlı herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hizmet ya da SDK kullanmaz.
Oyun, isteğe bağlı tek bir uygulama içi satın alma ("Tüm dünyaları aç") içerir. Satın alma işlemi tamamen Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından yürütülür; ödeme bilgileriniz ve hesap bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Oyun yalnızca satın almanın yapılıp yapılmadığını mağazadan öğrenir ve bunu cihazda saklar. Satın alma ekranı, çocukların yanlışlıkla satın alma yapmaması için bir ebeveyn doğrulamasıyla korunur.
Android'de oyun şu izinleri kullanır: titreşim (oyun içi dokunsal geri bildirim), internet ve ağ durumu ile Google Play faturalandırma (yalnızca uygulama içi satın alma için). Konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler veya dosyalar gibi kişisel bilgilere erişen hiçbir izin istemez.
Oyun çocuklara uygundur ve 13 yaş altındakiler dahil hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Bu nedenle ebeveyn izni gerektiren bir veri işleme yapılmaz (COPPA, GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında).

Pati: Wonder Worlds ("the game") is a platform game for players of all ages, including children, developed by Eren Güçyener. This policy explains what information the game uses. In short: the game does not collect any personal data and does not send any data to us or to third parties.
None. The game does not ask for or collect your name, email, location, photos, contacts, device identifiers or any other personal information. No account is needed. The game is played offline; it uses the internet only to talk to Google Play or the App Store for the in-app purchase.
Game progress (unlocked levels, stars, collected fish, chosen cat and costumes) and settings (sound, language) are stored only on your device, in the game's own storage. They are never sent to us or to third parties (they may be included in your own device backup, such as iCloud or Google backup). They are deleted when you uninstall the game.
The game contains no ads. It does not use any third-party analytics, tracking or advertising services or SDKs.
The game offers a single optional in-app purchase ("Unlock all worlds"). Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment or account details. The game only learns from the store whether the purchase was made, and remembers that on the device. The purchase screen is protected by a parental check so children cannot buy by accident.
On Android the game uses these permissions: vibration (in-game haptic feedback), internet and network state, and Google Play billing (only for the in-app purchase). It requests no permission that gives access to personal information such as location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
The game is suitable for children and collects no personal information from any user, including children under 13. No data processing requiring parental consent takes place (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK).
